When politicians think about energy, they’re usually listening to the dark side: the fossil fuel companies and billionaires who make their money by selling us old ideas and old technology. We believe that when we come together to make the bright side more visible, more active, and more involved, we can make change.
The future is bright. Clean energy works. It’s more affordable than fossil fuels basically everywhere, and once it’s built it keeps working for decades - no oligarchs, wars, or pollution required.
But the real hope is us. We are the majority - an overwhelming majority, in fact. At Brightside, we work together online to share stories that inspire and make the case for clean energy - and we come together offline to build community and advocate for change.
Because when everyone realizes that everyone else is thinking the same thing, we’re not just a majority - we’re a movement.
